On the nose, the aroma is slightly resinous, piney, light citrus, sea air and soft notes of honey. On the palate, it has some salinity, a touch of citrus and a balanced bitterness and acidity. On the finish, a slight sweetness that contrasts with the acidity and makes it very interesting. Distilled in small batches of only 500 liters. All distillation is carried out in copper equipment made manually by artisans, using ancestral techniques. Distilled 4 times and using premium cereal alcohol and only with Portuguese botanicals such as juniper, angelica root, lemon and orange blossom, with the main ingredient, the shrimp from Cortegaça beach, in Ovar, in the north of Portugal, standing out, making it a premium dry gin unique in the world.
