The Traditional Black Chorizo is a sausage smoked with firewood, as tradition dictates. Black pork sausages are very genuine and of high quality, their unrivaled flavor sets them apart from other traditional sausages.

Pig Fat (76%) (Origin: Portugal), Pig Blood, Dehydrated Onion (5.6%) (Origin: Non-EU), Wine (Contains Sulphites), Salt, Spices, Granulated Garlic, Vegetable Protein (Pea) , emulsifier (E451), antioxidants (E300, E301, E331), preservative (E250, E252). Stuffed in natural bovine intestine. Smoked with holm oak wood.
