Soft pressing of whole bunches, fermentation at 17ºC and aging "sur Lies" in stainless steel vats for 6 months. Intense, young and fruity nose. In the mouth it is elegant, balanced and with a strong fruity flavor.

Encosta do Sobral is a property in the Tomar sub-region, located in the northernmost vineyards of the Tagus, which stands out for its schist soils. With 70 hectares of vineyards, it is privileged for its geographical location and unique landscape.
