Iberian pork meat and fat, salt, glucose syrup, dextrin, dextrose, spices, stabilizers (E450 and E451), antioxidant (E316), preservative (E252), coloring (E120), animal proteins, sucrose, preservative ( E250), garlic, olive oil, nutmeg and oregano. Inedible tripe.

Keep in a cool, dry environment. Maximum temperature of 18ºC. Since it is a vacuum-packed product, it is recommended to open the package 15 minutes before consumption, so that it recovers its characteristics. After opening, keep refrigerated.
