Burmester Vintage 2011 was made from, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Barroca and Sousão. The grapes were harvested manually and then crushed by foot in granit mills. The fermentation process occurred at 28-30 degrees, and it was only interrupted in order to add grape spirit. The aging processes are made in the oak barrels for maximum seven years.
