This wine is produced from clay soils. The result is captivating for its intensity, in a flavorful and refreshing combination.

Grapes are gently pressed, followed by a cold settling process. The juice is transferred to temperature-controlled tanks, where it is fermented between 14-16ºC.

Good body, saline, and a very fresh finish with a bright lemon hue and greenish reflections.
