Sparkling produced solely from red grapes of the Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz varieties. Excellent sparkling wine BLANC DE NOIRS , robust and simultaneously delicate.

Fermentation of the must at 15ºC. Obtained from direct pressing of the grapes. The second fermentation was carried out according to the Champagne method with free yeasts and respective aging on fine lees for 12 months.
