Aging Period:
Wine from batches of the best years that have aged an average of 10 years in wooden casks.

Winemaking process:
Instead of aging in the company's cellars, in Vila Nova de Gaia, Fonseca Tawny Port aged in oak vats in the Douro cellars.
The differences in heat and moisture, between the two areas, develop a richness typical of Fonseca Tawny Port with age reference.
