Sharish Blue Magic is a semi-dry gin, part of whose distillation is based on strawberry and raspberry fruits. In addition to these sweet and fresh flavors, there is also its characteristic blue color, which is created by the post-blend infusion of the flower of Clitoria Ternatea, a variety of tropical pea, whose flower has a strong blue color and is rich in antioxidants. The name "Blue Magic" comes from the addition of tonic water, which, when reacted with citric acid, changes the color from blue to pink or lilac.
