Niepoort Vintage 1983 Port Wine

It is a quite vivid red colour wine, with a soft aroma at the begin, but that with time and contact with the environment becomes more complex and aromatic being possible to nuances of spices and pepper. On the palate there are very present the aromas of ripe fruit, revealing itself as a firm wine with a long and strong structure. Produced from the varieties of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Francisca, Tinta Amarela, Sousão and Tinta Roriz. It is a perfect wine to go with desserts made of eggs, like a delicious sponge cake.
