Quinta da Pacheca Pink Port

Quinta da Pacheca is one of the oldest and most recognized in the Douro region, being one of the very first to bottle wines of its one brand.
The grapes, from which results this exquisite Pacheca Pink Port, are carefully handpicked and carried to the winery, where they are pressed. During this process, it exists a slight pellicular maceration, to extract its vibrant color. The purification is done at reduced temperature for the must clarification and also the fermentation is done at low temperature so that all the fruity flavors are preserved.
