Poças Vintage 1985 Port is produced from, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Tinta Cão. This port is made only in special years, The grapes are harvested manually, and then they are transported in the 30kg trays. The meceration of wine, is long, and it is only interrupted to add grape brandy. The process of aging is made in wood vats.
