Quinta da Pacheca White Port

Pacheca White Port is made with the grapes of Malvasia Fina, Códega, Gouveio and Viozinho, which after being carefully handpicked, are carried to the winery where they undergo the process of partial fermentation maceration. This process allows the extraction of some dye, body and aroma. The must obtain is pressured and it follows the fermentation from which is originated fortified white wine.
