Quinta do Noval Silval Vintage 1995

The grapes from Quinta do Noval vineyard are harvested and then, after a careful selection of the best berries, are "stepped" by foot in order to obtain the must, then during the fermentation process they are pressed in lagares, which are traditional stone vats. This Port, although it can be appreciated when young, it reveals its potential when mature for a few years, improving its flavors and aromas, becoming more complex and evolved.
