Quinta do Noval Vintage 2003 Port Wine possesses a thin and delicate quality.
An attitude wine with balance and harmony only produced in exceptional years (3 or 4 in each decade) and only when they reach Noval's strict standards.
Aged for 18 months in wooden casks with various capacities, whose grapes are trodden by foot and then, during fermentation, are again pressed in the traditional Quinta do Noval stone mills.
