Salsichon Dry-Cured Sliced Iberian Black Pork, served in convenient 80g packages to enjoy at any time. Handcrafted by experts, this cured meat is made from a cut located between the upper part of the shoulder and the loin. Made according to our traditions passed down from generation to generation, we present a product of exceptionally high quality. The extreme quality of the black pork meat results in exceptional flavor, something that happens in the whole range of Pata Negra's sliced products.

Iberian pork meat, milk and milk protein, Salt, humectant (E420i), dextrin, dextrose, spices, soy protein, acidity correctors (E575 and E331), aroma, emulsifiers (E450i, E452i and E451i), antioxidants ( E301 and E392), preservatives (E252 and E 250) and dye (E120).

Contains lactose and soy.
