Saturn White Wine 75cl

Vineyards located in the village of Erden, in the Mosel region, Alps, near the oldest known Roman wine press. With very hot summers and cool winters, the continental climate influences the production of this white wine. The winemaking process begins with the selection of 100% healthy fruit; fermentation was carried out with indigenous yeast and after this, the wine was left for 8 years without fining. At the end of the 8 years, the wine was bottled without fining or filtering.
