Seara d'Ordens Vintage 2004

This marvelous vintage is produced from the best grapes of the Seara d'Ordens, the grapes were crushed by foot, and the following vinification was made in granite mills. The processes of aging occurred in a vat for the first 12 months, after that the wine was placed in stainless steel vats, where he stayed for 2 years, and then, finally,after this complicated process, it was bottled.
