Aging: A wine from selected batches of the best years that aged an average of 30 years in wooden casks. Vinification: A velvety and elegant style acquired for the natural aging conditions of Taylor's. I is one of the few existing houses to produce a 30 Year Old Tawny Port. Red Port wines are produced in this area of ​​the Douro region and are aged in oak casks in Taylor's cellars at Vila Nova de Gaia. In the city of Gaia, the cool and humid climate allows a soft and slow aging process, producing scents of great complexity and delicacy. Only every two or three years are produced a reserve of Port with enough structure, fruit and vigor to be able to age for a very long time.
