Deep black core with a fine purple rim. On the nose, it presents itself as a classic Vargellas, balanced and elegant, with pure aromas of wild berries and fresh plums, with a touch of citrus and quince. Subtle notes of spice - nutmeg, anise and cocoa - stand out among the fruit. The typical floral character of Vargellas, more reminiscent of jasmine than the characteristic aura of violets, is combined with resinous and minty notes of wild herbs. A discreet minerality gives it a firm finish. The palate reveals tense and muscular tannins and ends in an explosion of flavours of fresh berries. An elegant Vintage Single Quinta, confident and perfectly balanced.
