Terras de Estremoz White Wine Harvest

A wine made from the Arinto, Síria, and Fernão Pires grape varieties. It stands out for its exuberant aroma and citrus color.

Grapes are gently pressed, followed by a cold settling process. The juice is transferred to temperature-controlled tanks, where it is fermented between 14 and 16ºC.

Good body, saline, and a very fresh finish with a bright lemon hue and greenish reflections.
