A young blend of the best Tawnies aged in barrels in our winery, with an average age of 5 years. The result is a smooth and complex Tawny, still fresh and fruity, but already with elegant notes of dried fig and plum.
A pleasant and spicy entry on the palate, followed by a touch of red fruits. The mid-palate is full of dried fruits, while the finish complements its complexity with layers of spice and caramel. The balance between acidity, sugar and alcohol is perfect, leaving a drier sensation, very welcome.
