Vinho Verde Alvarinho Sou Quinta de Santiago & Mira do Ó 75cl

This is a joint project between producer Quinta de Santiago and winemaker and producer Nuno Mira do Ó. Complex nose that emerges as the glass airs, with notes of apricot, lemon leaf, spices, wildflowers and wet stone. In the mouth it shows great texture, freshness and persistence. The acidity is in great harmony with the volume and moderates the aromatic notes in a very long, tense and delicious finish.

A highly gastronomic wine that, due to its freshness and texture, is capable of accompanying a wide variety of dishes, from a simple tomato salad to Iberian pig tusks.
