Grown mainly in Fujian Province, White Tea Pai Mu Tan is the least processed tea, undergoing only slight oxidation and therefore has a low theine content. Its fresh and floral aroma makes it a very light drink, perfect for restoring balance between body and mind.

Theine Level: 3

Preparation: 1. Place 3 to 4 teaspoons per liter of water in a glass or porcelain teapot. 2. Pour 1 liter of boiling water over it. 3. Keep the infusion for the recommended time. 4. Strain and drink hot or cold.
Temperature: 75 ºC Infusion Time 2 - 3 min.
