The year 2016 was atypical in terms of climate.
Winter was dry and mild, and it was not until springtime that there were periods of precipitation. This situation lasted for almost the entire season and was still marked by the low temperatures. Farmers were increasing the risk of vineyards becoming ill. However, with the arrival of summer, warm days and cool nights returned, resulting in excellent quality wines, such as this magnificent Graham's Stone Terraces Vintage 2016, a structured and balanced Port of acidity, tannins and perfect alignment.
