This Tawny has an amber colour, with deep and complex aromas like tobacco, candied fruit, British fruit cake and hazelnuts. It is engaging, unctuous and presents a fresh acidity, providing an elegant aftertaste. Storage this Dalva Tawny 40 Years in a cool, dark place in an upright position. It can be kept for a dozen years without losing its freshness. Drinking it at slightly cool temperature (12 to 13°C) and pair it with egg-based desserts like puddings or dried fruits (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, ...). Winemaker: José Manuel Sousa Soares.
