Winemaking Process:
Instead of ageing in the company's cellars, in Vila Nova de Gaia, Fonseca Tawny Port aged in oak vats in the Douro cellars.
The differences in heat and moisture, between the two areas, develop a richness typical of Fonseca Tawny Port with age reference.
