There was no rain from spring until the end of May 2003.
The budding considered regular, caused flowering to occur in the second half of May in excellent weather conditions, thus providing a warm and dry ripening period, obtaining a high concentration of different components, allowing the grapes health state to be perfect to produce a unique and exclusive Vintage.
Winemaking process:
Trodden by foot in the wine mill, fermentation lasts between 4 to 5 days, producing an excellent extraction.
Noble Grapes Varieties:
Touriga Nacional (60%) alcohol 20% vol Tinta France (30%) Total acidity 4.67 g / l Tinta Roriz (10%).
