This marvellous vintage is produced from the best grapes of the Seara d‘Ordens, the grapes were crushed by foot, and the following vinification was made in granite mills. The processs of ageing occurred in a vat for the first 12 months, after that the wine was placed in stainlees steel vats, where he stayed for 2 years, and then, finally,after this compleicated process, it was bottled.
